This mystery owner is taking offers from several media giants to see who will offer the highest amount of money to own the five minute video. TMZ has stated that they have seen the video and that the video is 100% legit. It is simply amazing how this famous late rapper is still able to make headlines after 15 years of his death. The sex tape is said to have been recorded in 1991 and stars of course Tupac and a fellow groupie enjoying some oral pleasure.

The video is said to start off with Tupac entering the living room during a house party with his pants around his ankle. The crew confirmed the rumors to be true saying, “Yeah, it’s definitely true.” The smoking of Tupac’s ashes occurred on the beach at the memorial service held for the late rapper. They claimed that they were just following a request that Tupac had stated in one of his songs, “Last wishes n*ggas, smoke my ashes.” The Outlaws said they don’t know how serious he was about that but they did what he asked.
