Joseph Gordon-Levitt, 30 and Scarlett Johansson, 26, are reportedly dating.

Scarlett Johansson is reportedly dating 50/50 star Joseph Gordon-Levitt after the pair were spotted out together in New York. According to Us Weekly magazine, the new couple have been enjoying each other’s company on date nights out on the town while in New York City.

“They were kissing. They were very lovey. They first met about a film they wanted to do together, but it’s gone beyond that now ”-sources said.

Both Scarlett Johansson’s and Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s publicists have been keeping mum about whether or not they’re dating, even though the two actors have been spotted spending time together in the past few weeks. Scarlett’s marriage to actor Ryan Reynolds ended last December and the actress, recently admitted she was “quite depressed” about splitting from her husband and turned to her family for support.

As for Joseph Gordon-Levitt, the kid from Third Rock from the Sun, who’s now all grown up with a growing movie career (Inception, The Dark Night Rises) playing the cute hyper-intelligent geeky guy.

Operation Hackerazzi: Scarlett Johansson's hacker has been arrested by the police.

Police have arrested 35-year-old hacker Christopher Chaney of Jacksonville, Florida this morning on charges of identity theft and wiretapping. They believe is responsible for stealing naked pictures of Scarlett Johansson from her phone. The images, which include one of the actress holding a towel with her rear reflected in a mirror and another of her topless lying on a bed, were leaked onto the internet last month. Chaney allegedly hacked into the email accounts of 50 different victims, including Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis, and Vanessa Hudgens.

Investigators are confident that Christopher Chaney, 35, who they arrested yesterday (12.10.11) was solely responsible. Law enforcement sources state Chaney acted alone, and received absolutely no money for his little internet adventured, so basically, he did it for the thrill. He used an email forwarding program that automatically sent a duplicate of any messages the stars received to his own account. So, even when the celebrities changed their passwords, he would know about it, officials said.

“Motive is always a question in a criminal case. We have no information to suggest that he profited. He’s been charged as a single defendant. The information that we have is that he was culpable for wire-tapping and hacking these accounts.”-said attorney Andre Birotte Jr. about the arrested man.

Scarlett Johansson’s hacker is expected to be transferred to face trial in Los Angeles, where he faces up to 121 years in prison if convicted on 26 indictments, including accessing and damaging computers, wire tapping and identify theft.
