Eva Longoria Talks About President Obama With “Jimmy Kimmel Live” recently. She dressed extremely chic in a teal chiffon dress. During the interview she talked about the dinner she had with the president the night before at a fundraiser event. She starts off by stating, “It’s a special privilege to meet our Commander in Chief, and I’m a big Obama supporter no matter what he’s been through. He’s been beaten up these past couple of years.”
Apparently Obama has been a big listener about all the Latino issues that have come up and has even listen to Longoria on a few issues she has brought to his attention, “He’s been very receptive for me, because I’m a big advocate for Latino issues. So he’s been a big listener and he’s done a lot of coalitions and a lot of roundtables regarding what we want changed.”
Kimmel asked in a very humorous manner, “When you say he’s a big listener are you making fun of his ears?” Longoria didn’t find it funny at all and her response was, “No, No! He keeps getting beaten up lately because there’s such an extremist movement happening. And it’s very dangerous because it’s not the character of America. It’s really under attack. And he’s been governing under a state of emergency since the time he went into office. So we haven’t seen him do what he can do.”
Kimmel then mistakenly asked Longoria, “This is the last season of ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ Why is that?” She replied, “I’m not on ‘Dancing with the Stars!’” Kimmel clearly made a mistake and they both joked about it. Then he stated, “This is the final season of ‘Desperate Housewives.’” To which Longoria agreed. Longoria continued talking about that it has been 8 long years of the show and every taping of the show now is bittersweet. Everyone on the show have been getting along and everyone is pretty much okay with the show ending.
The show continued with Kimmel and Longoria having fun playing their clarinets. It is always good to see when interviews go so smoothly not like when Paris Hilton Walks Out On ABC News Interview. Viewers enjoy watching interviews that are funny and both parties involved are having a good time. They definitely don’t like when either party are disrespectful or purposely push each other’s button.
