Demi Moore has reportedly consulted a divorce lawyer amid allegations her husband of six years, Ashton Kutcher, cheated on her. The actor 33, is alleged to have had sex with 23-year-old Texan Sara Leal in a hotel at the end of September,  at a time when the actor should have been preparing to celebrate his sixth wedding anniversary with his wife Demi.

“Miss Moore has been totally humiliated. On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce. The discussion included her living arrangements and how a divorce  would impact her assets. She is worth about £97 million and Kutcher is also worth close to that. This is a huge and very tough decision for Miss Moore to take. But her trust has been shattered.

According to a close associate of Demi Moore, the actress believes Ashton Kutcher has “sex addict issues, but he won’t agree to get help or any kind of counseling,” the Chicago Sun Times reported. The actress already had two broken marriages behind her,  to songwriter Freddy Moore and actor Bruce Willis, when she wed Kutcher in 2005.

Reports of Ashton Kutcher’s extramarital flings are nothing new, though he always denied them in the past. It appears that Demi Moore, who is 16 years older than Ashton was aware of her straying husband for quite some time but was determined to offer him help with counseling. Moore’s publicist did not respond to a request for comment. And Kevin Marks, the lawyer who handles her acting career, refused to comment on the alleged divorce.

“She desperately wanted to save their marriage.But the Sara Leal story was a hard one for Kutcher to deny because it was backed up by the seedy photos of him partying.-a source told Daily Mail.

So, is the divorce inevitable?

She does resemble her father: Ryan Phillippe’s ex girlfriend tweets a photo of their adorable baby daughter.

Ryan Phillippe became a father again on July 1, 2011 when his ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp gave birth to their baby girl, Kailani Merizalde Phillippe Knapp. The new mother proudly tweeted a photo of her adorable baby daughter, for all the world to see. The 22-year-old dated Ryan Phillippe, 37, last year, and announced her pregnancy five months after the two officially ended their seven-month relationship.

“I do declare you to be the prettiest little girl in the whole wide world”-Ryan’s ex tweeted with a link to her photo.

The “Lincoln Lawyer” star has never actually confirmed that he’s the father of his ex’s child, though Alexis has already given her daughter his surname. Reportedly Ryan Phillippe was last seen with the then-heavily pregnant actress at the end of June, few days before their baby daughter was born. It was also said that the actor was taking responsibility by attending doctor’s appointments and being present at the baby’s birth.

And despite no comment from his reps, clearly little Kailani has Phillippe in her name. Ryan has two other children, 11-year-old Ava and Deacon, 7, from his marriage to Reese Witherspoon, 35.

There have been numerous rumors regarding Will Smith and wife of fourteen years Jada Pinkett Smith splitting. This came out after the rumors started about Jada having an affair with actor/singer Marc Anthony. The two are working together on the show “Hawthorn”. It’s been reported that Will Smith began to question the closeness of his wife Jada and Anthony and flew home for a surprise visit. Supposedly when he entered his home he found Jada there with Marc Anthony and left crying. It was also reported that the two have been living separate lives for a few months now.

Although Will and Jada’s marriage may not be in the best standing they have released statements denying both the affair and their split. Smith’s publicist released the following statement, “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.” Jada’s rep, Karynne Spencer also released statements stating that all the rumors regarding Jada and Marc are false however refused to comment on Will and Jada’s relationship.

Will Smith’s oldest child Trey Smith from his first marriage went to twitter to shut down the rumors. He posted two tweets regarding the rumors of the split saying:
