The Hollywood actress has reconciled with her father, Jon Voight, after a feud that lasted nearly a decade. The Lone Star actor has described his recently repaired relationship with his daughter as “so precious”. The fight between Angelina Jolie and her father reportedly resulted from the fact that Jon Voight, 72, cheated on Jolie’s mother, Marcheline Bertrand.

In 2002, the father-daughter feud became so intense that Voight actually accused his daughter of “having serious mental problems.”However the two actors have now put their problems behind them after the Lone Star actor had a sudden change of heart last year.
